Focus Terms usage for Webpages

Any search of the words "SEO" or "search engine optimization" results in so many differents answers and solutions. From SEO Experts to SEO Agency, the bottom-line, creating one "focus term / phrase" per page, add related original content and keep revising your webpages.

1. Choose a "focus term" for every webpage
Your webpage should be focused around one term or phrase. That word will become the entire point of that page. Everything you add from text to graphics should related to that focus term.

3. Write the best content.
We all can't be novelist, but we are all real people. We all have the inate ability to describe what we know. Write the best you can and you will achieve success. Write what you know and make sure that anyone can understand.
4. Use the focus term in the Page Title
You dont see this Title on your webpage, its the meta-data label of your webpage. Here is an example:

5. Use the focus terms in Heading and Sub-Heading of your webpage
Every webpage should contain Heading and sub-heading tags. Its like a Table of Content. Every webpage should have one (H1) tag, followed by (h2) and maybe a (H3) tag. All webpages have (H1 - H6) tags and can be assigns a font and font-size to help you out. These headings also help readers and search engines understand the flow of your content on your webpage. See the example below:
Note: You should only have one (H1) tag and it should contain your focus keyword and multiple (h2) and (h3) tags.
6.Label the ALT, title, description of images
Every image on your website contains meta-data. Most common tags your should complete are alt, title and decription. Identify and labels this items as it relates to your "focus term." Look at the sample below

7. Use the keyword in the URL and in the post.
Every webpage your create will have it own URL or link. Make sure the URL contains the focus keyword. Most webpage URL will automatically be created using the Page Tile. (see above) Blank spaces in your Page Title will be replaced with dashes, that's ok.
8. Internal Links
If you aren't talking about your best content, why should anyone else care? For this reason, it's important that your best SEO content be linked to internally by other pages on your website.
9. External Links
External links are links from websites other than your own. Google relies heavily on external links to determine how good a post is. And this makes sense, doesn't it? You can talk about yourself and your own skills all day long, but no one will believe you. But as soon as other people begin bragging about you, others take notice.
